Barnes sump pumps feature low cost, high performance benefits from the rugged, heavy duty design that is built to stand up to the demands of regular use. 3SF Features include: Permanent split capacitor (PSC), thermal overload protection in the motor, oil-filled squirrel cage induction motor, heavy duty cast iron motor housing, stainless steel bolts, impeller with an open 2 vane design with pump out vanes on back side, 416 stainless steel shaft, Buna-N square rings, 300 series stainless steel hardware, single mechanical seal design made of Carbon/Ceramic/Buna-N, single row, oil lubricated upper and lower ball bearings, and a cord with pressure grommet for sealing and strain relief. Can withstand continuous temperatures of up to 104°F (40°C).
